We arrive victoriously laden with loot at the town and proceed to spend a good chunk of gold at the various inns boozing it up with the wenches, the revelry continues well on into the night and when we finally awaken we find that A. the rogue has vanished along with a good portion of the treasure and B. it has been like 2 days since we passed out.

luckily enough the innkeeper was sly enough to inquire to where she was heading before her disappearing act and points us to a secluded northern village, with 2 days ahead of us the druid argues it will be a sore trial to catch up to her.

Every now and then I just buy a bunch of books, it’s probably why my amazon list is so short. Also that’s like volume 12 of Kikuchi-san’s VHD series, in which the only time a vampire will sparkle will be when he’s coated with the bone dust from your eviserated, mummified, corpse. it’s 12000+ yrs in the future plus forgotten tech and also part of where my paycheck goes.

Knit picks circulars were bought over the break, now I haven’t gotten to the cables or turning the heel (which may reveal if I bought the right length) but they seem to be made out of equal parts FUCK YEAH and WIN *thumbs up* so good on that end

Possibly the most kick ass origin of this bot ever told, doubly awesome If you just came from the showing of my bloody valentine, that’s alot of awesome. I also liked it for the small fact that in my deep dark secret white heritage my fathers side came from coal miner country which is probably why I’m so good at swinging around heavy pointy things, but that’s just a theory.

 
Meg Swansen’s Knitting which doeasn’t look a quarter as awesome as the first book until you get to the very back and there’s this mind boggling phoenix cardigan that involve something like 8 charts, the wool of strangled baby unicorn, and the blood of 13 elven virgins sacrificed on the night of an lunar eclipse…. also you may need some needles.

This is (was) Divine chocolate, a fair trade chocolate company from ghana cocoa farmers, apparently cocoa farming is hard ass work since your trees are basically the tree versions of hypochondriacs and hershey’s has such a stranglehold on the market that most small cocoa farmers go out of business to to competing prices. THIS STUFF MAKES HERSHEY’S TASTE LIKE RUBBER.I I shit you not this is the best chocolate I have ever tasted. I would probably commit smaller felonies for it, go out and try a bar if you can find one at your local co-op you won’t be disappointed

crossing over

yesterday I went and got my self a pair of embroidery hoops 6″ and 8″.  thinking that if i watched slither one more time id throw up,  it’d be a nice change.

well it is a change I’ll admit that, about ten of those little boxy x’s in I figure I’m either doing it wrong or its taking waaay too long.
